For a line item: freight or special charge; for the total invoice: the total charges -- expressed in the standard monetary denomination for the currency specified.

XH06 will contain percentage of a component of a product which is required by Customs to be reported.
Price per unit of product, service, commodity, etc.
XH07 will contain unit price of item being shipped.
