Code indicating a Yes or No condition or response.

If EIA02 is ``Y'', then Waybill information should be included. If ``N'', Waybill information should not be included.

Code indicating a Yes or No condition or response.

If EIA03 is ``Y'', then trip information should be included. If ``N'', trip information should not be included.

Code indicating a Yes or No condition or response.

If EIA04 is ``Y'', then advice should include all events from last full cycle. If ``N'', the number of events to be sent will be found in EIA05.

Occurence counter

EIA05 indicates how many of the last events should be passed.
