This X12 Transaction Set contains the format and establishes the data contents of a Response to Request for Student Educational Record (Transcript) Transaction Set (147) within the context of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. This transaction set is used to advise the requesting institution regarding when the record will be sent or why it will not be sent.
