BCS07 is the program number identification.
Codes identifying a program type
Code indicating the level of confidentiality assigned by the sender to the information following
Percentage expressed as a decimal (e.g., 0.0 through 1.0 represents 0% through 100%)
BCS10 is the customer share ratio number.
Percentage expressed as a decimal (e.g., 0.0 through 1.0 represents 0% through 100%)
BCS11 is the contractor share ratio number.
BCS12 is the notation for the total project monetary costs.
If BCS12 is absent, the total project monetary costs are assumed to be whole dollar amounts.
