If either TRN08 or TRN09 is present, the other is required.

TRN02, TRN03 and TRN04 identify an organization.
Code designating the system/method of code structure used for Identification Code (67).
TRN03 through TRN09 shall be unique for a given transaction set.
Code identifying a party.
Reference number or identification number as defined for a particular Transaction Set, or as specified by the Reference Number Qualifier.
TRN05 identifies a further subdivision within the organization.

TRN06 and TRN07 provide a batch- and item-level numbering scheme that shall be unique for each transaction within a company and subdivision.

Code qualifying the Reference Number.
Reference number or identification number as defined for a particular Transaction Set, or as specified by the Reference Number Qualifier.
TRN09 provides further unique identification for the transaction.
