If space is available, all of the conditional data elements in segment Y3 are required. If the requested space is not available Y301 is the booking number "decline".

Date of departure of vessel.
Estimated arrival date at port of discharge.
Code (Standard Point Location) defined by NMFTA point development group as the official code assigned to a city or point (for ratemaking purposes) within a city.
Free-form name of the pier.
Latest date when shipment will be received by an ocean carrier for a particular sailing date.
Time (HHMM) that the shipment is to arrive at the pier for loading on the vessel.
