BC03 is the time of transaction set preparation. Time is based on the 24-hour time clock.
Reference number or identification number as defined for a particular Transaction Set, or as specified by the Reference Number Qualifier.
BC04 is the transaction reference number.
Reference number or identification number as defined for a particular Transaction Set, or as specified by the Reference Number Qualifier.
BC05 is the reference number of a previous transaction.
